Privacy Policy

What information may reach us, why we need it and how we handle it.

Updated

  • No cookies

    The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

  • No forms, no database

    We collect no requests through the site: we talk on Telegram and by e-mail.

  • We don’t sell data

    A client’s information is used only to work on their task.

01General

This Policy describes how information is handled when you visit codeauren.com, request our services or communicate with CodeAuren.

CodeAuren is a brand that develops websites, software, applications and other digital solutions. “CodeAuren”, “we” or “us” means the person or organisation operating under this brand.

We handle the information of clients and visitors with care, use it only for clear purposes and take reasonable measures to protect it.

02Information we may receive

Information you give us

When you write to us on Telegram, by e-mail or through other official channels, you may choose to share:

  • your name or company name;
  • your e-mail address;
  • your phone number or messenger username;
  • a description of the project, task or service you need;
  • technical requirements, materials and files for the project;
  • any other information you decide to share to discuss or carry out an order.

We don’t ask for anything that isn’t needed to answer your request or work on your project.

Please don’t send passwords, payment details, documents or other confidential information unless the task requires it and we have agreed on it in advance.

Information collected when you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages, protect the site from abuse and count visits, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information:

  • which pages were opened and how quickly they loaded;
  • where the visitor came from, such as a social network or another website;
  • the type of browser and device;
  • the IP address and other network details, to the extent needed to deliver content and keep it secure.

We don’t collect IP addresses ourselves and don’t build visitor profiles.

03Why we use information

  1. To answer requests and enquiries.
  2. To discuss project requirements, timelines, cost and terms of cooperation.
  3. To develop, configure, test and maintain the solutions ordered.
  4. To contact clients about their orders and technical support.
  5. To understand how many people visit the site and where they come from.
  6. To keep the site running and secure, and to improve it.
  7. To meet legal requirements and handle claims related to our services.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use information received for an order for purposes unrelated to it.

04Analytics, cookies and browser storage

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for statistics. It shows aggregated information: how often pages were opened, where visitors came from and how fast the site works. According to Cloudflare, this tool uses no cookies and collects no personal data to track visitors.

We don’t track individual actions, such as button clicks.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising networks or behavioural tracking tools. If this changes, we will update this Policy.

In some cases Cloudflare’s infrastructure may use its own technical mechanisms to protect against bots and attacks, under Cloudflare’s rules.

Browser storage

For convenience, the site remembers a few technical settings in your browser: whether interface sound is on, where you stopped on a page and whether you closed the Telegram hint. They contain no personal data, stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can delete them in your browser settings.

05Messages on Telegram and by e-mail

We discuss projects, orders and support on Telegram and by business e-mail. Conversations may contain contact details, task descriptions, files, technical materials and agreed terms.

The site has no request forms, and we keep no separate centralised client database. Messages and attachments are still stored on devices and in the infrastructure of these services under their own rules, so having no database of our own does not mean that conversations are stored nowhere.

Privacy policies of these services:

06Sharing with third parties

We don’t sell personal data. Information may be available to third parties only to the extent needed to run the site, communicate with a client, carry out an order or comply with the law:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security and statistics;
  • Telegram — messages and file exchange;
  • the e-mail provider — delivering and storing business correspondence;
  • public authorities — where disclosure is required by law.

This does not mean each of them receives all data of every user: it depends on which services you use and how.

07Processing outside your country

Cloudflare, Telegram and e-mail services may process data outside the country where you live. The exact location and terms depend on the infrastructure of these services.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer must meet the requirements of applicable law.

08Project confidentiality

We keep confidential the non-public information we receive from clients while discussing and carrying out projects:

  • specifications and internal documents;
  • source code and development materials;
  • information about the client’s business processes;
  • non-public prices, commercial terms and correspondence;
  • access credentials, configurations and other materials needed for the work.

Such information is used only within the project and is not disclosed publicly without proper grounds.

Rights to the results, showing a project in a portfolio and special confidentiality terms may also be set out in a contract or a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This Policy does not replace them.

09How long we keep information

Information is kept no longer than needed for the purposes it was received for, unless the law requires or allows longer storage. The period depends on the nature of the request, the length of the project, support, contractual obligations and legal requirements.

Telegram and e-mail conversations are kept according to the settings of those services and of their users, statistics according to Cloudflare’s rules. So we don’t promise that all correspondence and technical data will be deleted automatically as soon as a project ends.

10Protecting information

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse of information: we limit access to working materials, handle client files with care and use the security features of the services we work with.

No method of transmitting or storing information is absolutely secure, and we cannot be responsible for systems controlled by independent third parties.

11Your rights

To the extent provided by law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you whether we process information about you;
  • explain why it is processed;
  • correct inaccurate information you gave us;
  • delete information when there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
  • stop processing that is based on your consent, where the law allows you to withdraw it;
  • answer questions about how your data is processed and protected.

Write to support@codeauren.com: describe your request and say which data it concerns. Please don’t send passwords or extra identity documents without agreeing on it first.

Some requests may be limited by law, by the performance of a contract or by what third-party services allow. Data stored directly in Telegram, an e-mail service or another third-party system may need to be deleted through that service’s own settings or by contacting it.

12Minors

The site is not intended to collect data from children, and we do not knowingly collect it. If a minor asks for our services, their information is handled in line with the law, including rules on the consent of legal representatives.

14Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the site, the services we use, our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top.

We will try to announce significant changes in a way that suits their nature.

15Contact

For questions about data, privacy, support and cooperation:

Requests are considered according to their content and legal requirements.

16Applicable law

Information is processed in line with applicable law, including the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan where it applies.

This Policy does not limit the rights the law gives you. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory rule of law, the rule of law prevails.
